เราจำหน่ายต้นไม้ ไม้มงคล ไม้ฟอกอากาศ กระถาง อุปกรณ์ตกแต่งสวน ดิน-ปุ๋ย และให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น คำแนะนำการดูแลต้นไม้ บริการจัดส่ง และการรับเคลม โดยจำหน่ายผ่านเว็บไซต์นี้และช่องทางตลาดออนไลน์ ได้แก่ Shopee, Lazada และ TikTok Shop

We sell ornamental plants, auspicious plants, air-purifying plants, pots, gardening supplies, soil and fertilizer, and provide related services such as plant-care advice, delivery, and warranty/claim handling. Our products are sold through this Website and through online marketplaces including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

3. การลงทะเบียนและความถูกต้องของข้อมูล / Registration and Accuracy of Information

ผู้ใช้บริการต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ ที่อยู่จัดส่ง และอีเมล หากเราพบว่าข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้องหรือเป็นเท็จ เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อหรือระงับการใช้บริการ

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information (name, phone, delivery address, email). We reserve the right to cancel any order or suspend service if we find the information to be inaccurate or false.

4. การสั่งซื้อและการชำระเงิน / Orders and Payment

• คำสั่งซื้อจะถือว่าสมบูรณ์เมื่อท่านชำระเงินครบถ้วนและเราได้ยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อแล้ว
• ราคาสินค้าที่แสดงรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) แล้ว เว้นแต่จะระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
• หากสินค้าหมดสต๊อกหรือไม่สามารถจัดส่งได้ เราจะติดต่อท่านเพื่อขอคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนภายใน 7 วันทำการ
• เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธหรือยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อในกรณีที่ราคาสินค้าระบุผิดพลาดอย่างเห็นได้ชัด

Orders are confirmed only upon full payment and our confirmation. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. If a product is out of stock or undeliverable, we will refund the full amount within 7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of obvious pricing errors.

5. การจัดส่งสินค้า / Delivery

เราจะจัดส่งสินค้าให้ผู้ซื้อตามที่อยู่ที่ระบุไว้ โดยใช้บริการขนส่งที่เหมาะสมกับประเภทสินค้า ระยะเวลาจัดส่งโดยทั่วไป 1–5 วันทำการ ไม่นับวันหยุดและวันที่มีเหตุสุดวิสัย (เช่น พายุ น้ำท่วม การประท้วงของผู้ขนส่ง)

We ship to the address provided using a carrier suitable for the item. Typical delivery time is 1–5 business days, excluding holidays and force-majeure events (e.g., storms, floods, carrier strikes).

6. การเคลมและการคืนเงิน / Claims and Refunds

• กรณีสินค้าได้รับความเสียหายจากการขนส่ง กรุณาแจ้งเคลมพร้อมรูปถ่ายภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังได้รับสินค้า
• กรณีต้นไม้ตายผิดปกติภายใน 7 วัน กรุณาส่งรูปภาพและรายละเอียดให้ทีมงานพิจารณา
• เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาเคลมเป็นรายกรณีตามหลักฐานที่ได้รับ

Damaged items in transit must be reported with photo evidence within 24 hours of receipt. Abnormal plant death within 7 days may be claimed by submitting photos and details for our review. We evaluate claims case-by-case based on submitted evidence.

7. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา / Intellectual Property

เนื้อหาทั้งหมดบนเว็บไซต์ ได้แก่ ข้อความ รูปภาพ บทความ โลโก้ และการออกแบบ เป็นทรัพย์สินของ PAMA The Gardener หรือผู้ให้สิทธิ์ที่ถูกต้อง ห้ามนำไปทำซ้ำ ดัดแปลง หรือใช้เพื่อการค้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

9. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด / Limitation of Liability

บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายโดยอ้อม ผลสืบเนื่อง หรือความเสียหายพิเศษ อันเกิดจากการใช้งานเว็บไซต์หรือสินค้า ความรับผิดสูงสุดของบริษัทในทุกกรณีจะไม่เกินมูลค่าของคำสั่งซื้อที่เกี่ยวข้อง
