1. Preparing the Plant for its Journey

1-2 days before shipping, we reduce the amount of watering so that the potting medium has just the right moisture, not overly soggy. This helps reduce the chance of fungal growth and excess weight during transit. We also meticulously inspect the health of each plant to ensure they are strong and healthy before they embark on their journey.

2. Protecting the Potting Medium and Roots from Disintegration

Soil scattering during transit is a major issue. We use special techniques to securely wrap the topsoil and pot with plastic film or absorbent paper. We then seal it with tape to keep the soil and roots intact and prevent them from spilling out.

3. Gently Wrapping the Stem and Leaves
