* **Water:** Enjoys moderately moist soil. If the potting mix still feels wet, it's best to skip watering. Overwatering can lead to root suffocation and leaf rot.

* **Air:** Thrives in well-ventilated areas. If kept indoors in a poorly ventilated space, please water with extra caution to prevent root rot.

* **Fertilizer:** For lush, vibrant growth, apply Osmocote or a slow-release fertilizer every 2-3 months to replenish nutrients.

1. Each plant is a unique living specimen, and its natural form may vary from the images shown.

2. Upon arrival, your plant might appear slightly tilted. This is normal as it naturally seeks light in the dark packaging. Simply expose it to gentle morning sun, and it will quickly straighten up.

3. It's common for some soil to spill within the box during transit. This occurs because the soil can dry out, become loose, and shift from the pot.

4. Due to limited stock, we cannot accept changes or additions to orders via chat. We will pack exactly what you have ordered.

5. We are unable to modify shipping addresses. Please update your address directly in the system or cancel and reorder.
